All pool liners purchased through Teddy Bear Pools & Spas are FINAL SALE only. Final Sale indicates that the liners will not be accepted for returns or exchanges after a customer purchases the liner. Pool liners will NOT be accepted for return or exchange even in new, unopened condition.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are ordering the correct size for their pool. Size is determined by diameter, height, and bead.

Teddy Bear Pools is not responsible for any purchases of incorrect sizes, regardless if the customer contacted the company for assistance.

If a liner is purchased in store, the customer acknowledges that they have ensured that the size on the box is the indicated size that they intended on purchasing. As soon as the customer signs and leaves the property, they acknowledge that the liner is in fact correct.

If a liner is purchased Online, the customer has 24 hours after delivery to contact Teddy Bear Pools & Spas if the size shipped is not the indicated size purchased. After this 24-hour period, the customer forfeits the right to contest incorrect delivery.

Customers must submit a signed and dated copy at time of purchase acknowledging that they have read and understand the policy set forth by Teddy Bear Pools & Spas.

By purchasing a pool liner online at Teddybearpools.com or in store, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this policy.
