Since purchasing my Solana TX spa from you in 2/08, I have thoroughly enjoyed it and have been happy with your service (testing water, answering questions, etc.). But I’ve recently had it in your shop for repair as it had developed a leak – apparently in the ozonator. Much to my relief, it is now back at home and I have been enjoying it once again. (The temperature reading seems to be off, so I will call on that.) I felt I should write to commend you and your staff for continued impressive customer service. Dan, of your service department, had been especially helpful and responsive to me, so I just wanted to let you know. As I have done since purchasing my spa, I will continue to sing your praises. Thank-you for being a quality operation that values the customer. I, for one, appreciate it.
