Best of the Best

I purchased a house in Ludlow, MA about 3 years ago. The house had a in-ground pool and a Hot Spring hot tub both from Teddy Bear. The first year I had Teddy Bear Service come to close my pool they walked me through the entire closing. I open the pool with help from the retail store help. The store staff is the best of the best for any question you may have. I spoke with at least 4 different parts employees and all the advice was accurate. The lab employees are just as knowledgeable and sure of the advice they give. I had cloudy water once this year and I admit I tried someone else’s chemicals. Teddy Bear had me back on track in just 1 day.

I just closed my pool for this year and once again the staff was outstanding with the information they provided.
