Golf Tournament

Teddy Bear Pools & Spas will be happy to sponsor any and all golf tournaments.  A request in writing must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the tournament, via mail to 41 East St, Chicopee MA  01020, fax:  413-598-8823, or email [email protected], or by clicking the above link.  Please include:  Contact name, Contact phone #, Tournament Name, Tournament Date, Tournament Mailing/Email Address, Course Golf Tournament will be played at.

We ask that you please follow the below guidelines:

• An official “spotter” must be supplied by the tournament committee and must be present at the hole.
• The sign (s) may be picked up at our location 24 hours prior to the tournament and MUST be returned within 24 hours of the tournament.
• A $ 100 deposit per sign is required at pick-up.  This can be either CASH or CHECK.  NO DEPOSIT WILL BE WAIVED.  The deposit is fully refundable if and when the sign is returned within 24 hours.
• Rod Willard (413-594-2666 extension 122) should be notified within 24 hours if a winner is declared.
• Winner will receive a prize (pool or spa/hot tub) valued at $ 3,500.
