Golf Tournament

Teddy Bear Pools & Spas will be happy to sponsor your golf tournament.  However, please note, if we have had issues in the past with you returning the sign late, not picking up the sign, signing up for the tournament not within the 2 week prior requirement or returning the sign damaged, we reserve the right to not sponsor your tournament.  

A copy of the flyer must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the tournament, via mail to 41 East St, Chicopee MA  01020,  or email [email protected], or by clicking the above link.  Please include:  Contact name, Contact phone #.  You will receive a copy of our complete guidelines with every tournament.

Please allow at least 48 hours for a response.  If you do not receive a response that means that there was issues in the past and we will no longer sponsor your tournament.

We ask that you please follow the below guidelines:

• An official “spotter” must be supplied by the tournament committee and must be present at the hole.
• The sign (s) may be picked up at our location 24 hours prior to the tournament and MUST be returned within 24 hours of the tournament.
• A $ 100 deposit per sign is required at pick-up.  This can be either CASH or CHECK.  NO DEPOSIT WILL BE WAIVED.  The deposit is fully refundable if and when the sign is returned within 24 hours and in good condition.
• Stephen Otto  (413-594-2666 extension 163) should be notified within 24 hours if a winner is declared.
• Winner will receive a prize (pool or spa/hot tub) valued at $ 4,000.00.
•  If you are having a golf tournament in Western MASS, let us sponsor a hole in one !  Restrictions apply.
