Teddy Bear Pools & Spas Retail Store is located at 41 East Street Chicopee, MA.
We specialize in Above Ground Pools, In Ground Pools and Hot Tubs. You will find no lawn furniture or holiday decorations for sale here. We believe in being pool and spa experts, and to do that we concentrate on pools and hot tubs only.
Parts Department
Teddy Bear Pools parts department stocks over 30,000 parts for Above Ground and In-Ground Pools, Hot Spring, Tiger River, Hot Spot and Solana Spas/Hot Tubs. We are also able to order thousands of additional parts for both pools, hot tubs and spas.
Teddy Bear Pools sells a variety of Hayward and Sta-rite pool filters including Sand, DE and Cartridge for both Above ground pools and In-ground pools, Hayward and New Water Chlorinators and parts. We carry the Aquabot, Tempo, Bearbot and Bearbot T2, Kreepy Krauly, Hayward Aquabug, and Sta-Rite Little Shark Automatic Vacuum systems.
Teddy Bear Pools also offers a complete line of in-store services including motor and pump repairs and replacement, filter repairs and cleanings for sand, DE and Cartridge Filters and Automatic Vacuum Repairs. Our staff is trained by the various manufacturers to offer expert advice for any problems you may run into, such as loss of suction, improper circulation, and loss of pressure.

Lab
Teddy Bear Pools Lab offers free, professional water testing, by trained technicians. Your pool water is exposed to many outside elements; the effects of which are not always detected by self-test kits. Professional testing is necessary to ensure your water remains safe and healthy for the duration of the season.
Here at Teddy Bear Pools, we recommend bringing a water sample to the store for analysis, three times per season (After opening, in middle of the season, and prior to closing.) Please utilize our free water test bottle or use a CLEAN plastic container. Do not use empty chemical containers. Bringing in a list of chemicals that you have at home will save you from purchasing additional items.
In the Teddy Bear Pools Lab, we will test for things such as: total alkalinity, calcium hardness, total dissolved solids, cyanuric acid, pH levels, total and free chlorine levels and metals. When testing is complete, our lab technicians will provide you with a printed set of instructions for balancing and maintaining your water.
Should you run into issues with your water, such as green water or cloudy water, years of experience and training allows our lab technicians to assist with even the most stubborn problems. We are also able to provide temporary filter systems for faster clean up in the most extreme situations.
Teddy Bear Pools carries everything you could need to maintain proper water chemistry, including calcium hardness increaser, total alkalinity increaser, cyanuric acid (stabilizer), pH increase and decrease, shock, chlorine (in Granular, Stick and Jumbo Tab forms), bromine, algaecides, and metal removers. We are proud to offer our own Teddy Bear Brand, as well as Baquacil, Baquaspa, Phoenix,Taylor Test Kits andEco-Smarte brands.

Maintenance Equipment and ToysPool Toys
Teddy Bear Pools & Spas offers maintenance items to aid with the cleaning of your pool. We sell Vacuum Heads, Brushes, Skimmer Nets, Telescopic Poles and Back Wash Hoses.
Teddy Bear Pools & Spas also offers Safety Equipment. We sell a variety of Alarms. We also offer safety devices to help your children learn to swim such as Power Swimr, Bubbles and Swim Arms. We also have a large variety of Lounge Chairs, Floats, Games, Dive Toys and Beach Balls. Fountains add a touch of fun, we have many to choose from. To be sure your water is warm enough to jump into and enjoy we carry a wide variety of Thermometers from plain to Animal Floating.
